The bracelet should fit comfortably around the wrist, with the spheres no further than 1 ¼" apart (once the bracelet is on the wrist, squeeze the spheres together for a comfortable fit). Once the wearer puts the bracelet on, it becomes unique to that wearer and should not be handled by anyone else. The bracelet will maintain its bioelectric charge for 18 to 36 months, depending on the wearer's pH balance. The bracelet is unique to its wearer and therefore, affects each person differently. Some people have felt the therapeutic effects within a few moments of putting on the bracelet and others may notice its effects within a few days or weeks. The bracelet is designed for wearing on the right wrist, with the spheres on the top of the wrist. The bracelet may be worn 24 hours a day. If after a few days, the wearer does not feel a noticeable therapeutic effect, the wearer can try placing the spheres on the bottom of the wrist or even placing the bracelet on the left wrist with the spheres on the bottom. Bending the bracelet to comfortably fit on the wrist will not damage the finish or the function. The trenzada (twisted band) series bracelets are more flexible and therefore, may be easier to put on and wear.

By the principle of self-induction, the induced current has the opposite charge to the inducing current, so that the field produced by the induced current (in the case on the bracelet) tends to oppose the inducing or harmful current.
